Ray and Cheryl Roberts have been owners of residential rental properties since 2005. In 2023, they decided to expand into mini-storage rentals with the purchase of 641 Bypass Mini Storage LLC.
Cheryl is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of Kentucky (license #247755) and Tennessee (license #360106). Ray is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Kentucky (license #273644).
